MAGAZINE COMMITTEE
This committee will be composed of two leaders:
– Chairperson

It will have 10 members who will do the following:
– Prepare guidelines for writing the magazine
– Decide on the topics to be written about
– Set the timeline for writing and the budget
SPORTS COMMITTEE
This committee will be composed of two leaders:
- Chairperson
- Secretary
It will have 10 members who will do the following:
- Organize various bonanzas
- Follow up on sports opportunities and inform the community members
- Supervise and provide guidance and advice on sports matters in various communities
FINANCE COMMITTEE
This committee will be composed of two leaders:
- Chairperson
- Secretary
It will have 10 members who will do the following:
- Prepare regulations to guide those handling various transactions
- Ensure those performing these tasks are officially recognized
- Provide ideas to contribute to the improvement of transaction services
EDUCATION COMMITTEE
This committee will be composed of two leaders:
- Chairperson
- Secretary
It will have 10 members who will do the following:
- Collaborate with the seminar committee to organize educational seminars and discussions in various fields
- Present challenges and successes in the education sector across different fields
ICT (IT) COMMITTEE
This committee will be composed of two leaders:
– Chairperson
– Secretary
It will have 5 members who will do the following:
– Receive announcements and prepare flyers or posters
– Advise the TASAFIC leadership on improvements
SEMINAR COMMITTEE
This committee will be composed of two leaders:
– Chairperson
– Secretary
It will have 6 members who will do the following:
– Collaborate with other committees to organize various seminars
– Work with the leadership to suggest and contact various speakers
– Lead the seminars that will be held
AWARDS COMMITTEE
This committee will be composed of two leaders:
- Chairperson
- Secretary
It will have 5 members who will do the following:
- Prepare procedures to be used in the process of identifying winners in various fields
- Oversee the entire process
TALENT COMMITTEE
This committee will be composed of two leaders:
- Chairperson
- Secretary
It will have 5 members who will do the following:
- Suggest types of talents and ways to nurture them
- Prepare procedures for showcasing talents
- Explore possibilities to help talented individuals achieve their dreams
HEoCT COMMITTEE
This committee will be composed of the following leaders:
– Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson
– Secretary and Deputy Secretary
It will have 25 members, from which sub-committees will be formed:
– Documentation Committee
– Discipline Committee
– Group Formation Committee
– Group Assignment Committee
– Evaluation Committee
Each sub-committee will do the following:
– Form groups and assign people to them
– Arrange for various speakers in orientation seminars
– Distribute documents regularly to ensure applicants benefit from educational opportunities in China
FINAL NOTE
– Each committee will follow the calendar provided by the TASAFIC leadership after all meetings are held.
– Each committee will prepare a report and submit it to the TASAFIC leadership upon completion of their tasks.
– Each committee will have the opportunity to recommend who can take over.
– Each committee will be awarded certificates by the TASAFIC leadership for their work.
